Subject	How possible is it to unclip the passenger wastegate rod?

Message	The driver side looks doable, but the c-clip will be a huge pita. The passenger side may be not doable unless I remove the downpipe. Does anyone know? I need to increase the preload so I can get above 15.2psi (maybe 18psi).
